After we start, you may come to notice that your business would benefit more from one of our larger subscriptions. We have made it easy to upgrade your monthly website subscription. You simply inform us what you would like to upgrade to and we will take care of it without your current website being interrupted.
Our pay monthly website subscriptions have a minimum 12 month term to ensure our time to setup the website is covered. After the minimum 12 month term, you have the flexibility to continue the subscription on a month-to-month basis which you can cancel at any time by giving us 30 days notice. Alternatively, you have the option to buy out your website at anytime after the 12 month minimum term for a fee of $545+GST.
Yes, all of our websites are built responsively and are optimised for each screen size. This means they’ll work across desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile devices. Given that over 50% of website traffic is viewed on mobile devices, we feel it is crucial that we provide you with a website suitable for all screens. This is a feature that many DIY jobs and cheap websites seriously lack.
In the beginning, a set-up cost of $99+gst plus any hosting charges is collected to get the project going as quickly as possible. We’ll also set up your monthly subscription so you can set and forget, while enjoying your beautiful new website.
Add-on products are paid separately to the monthly subscription. Add-on product costs may be collected with the initial set up cost if you have chosen them before the website is created, otherwise they are paid for upfront as you choose them. Set up costs and add-on products may be collected via direct debit.
Yes, we are happy to add further customisations. We’ll simple scope out the work and provide a quote for the extra work required. You can also add on customisations to the website any time during your subscription.
